Bienvenido a Citas Buenas. Estos Términos y Condiciones (“Términos”) rigen el uso del sitio web citasbuenas.com y de los servicios ofrecidos por Patagon Consulting Inc. (“Citas Buenas”, “nosotros”). Al usar el sitio, aceptas estos Términos.
1.Descripción del servicio
Citas Buenas es un mercado en línea que conecta a propietarios que necesitan trabajos de construcción o mejoras del hogar con contratistas y profesionales de servicios. Citas Buenas no realiza los trabajos, no es contratista, no supervisa ni garantiza el trabajo de ningún profesional, y no es parte de ningún acuerdo entre propietarios y contratistas.
2.Elegibilidad
Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para celebrar contratos. Al enviar información, declaras que los datos son verídicos y que estás autorizado a proporcionarlos.
3.Para propietarios
- Solicitar cotizaciones a través de Citas Buenas es gratuito.
- Al enviar una solicitud, autorizas que uno o más contratistas te contacten por teléfono, mensaje de texto o correo electrónico sobre tu proyecto.
- Eres responsable de evaluar, contratar y supervisar directamente a cualquier profesional. Recomendamos verificar licencias, seguros y referencias.
4.Para contratistas
- Los contratistas pagan por cada lead (solicitud) recibido, según el plan y presupuesto que configuren. No hay cuotas mensuales obligatorias ni contratos de permanencia.
- Un lead puede compartirse con hasta cuatro (4) profesionales, salvo los leads exclusivos.
- Citas Buenas no garantiza que un lead resulte en un trabajo, contrato o ingreso.
- Eres responsable de mantener las licencias, permisos y seguros exigidos por la ley, y de cumplir todas las normas aplicables al contactar a los consumidores (incluyendo TCPA y leyes de telemercadeo).
5.Pagos y créditos
Los cargos por leads se procesan según el plan del contratista. Si un lead contiene información incorrecta o no cumple con los criterios definidos, puede revisarse y acreditarse conforme a nuestra política de créditos.
6.Uso aceptable
No puedes usar el sitio para fines ilícitos, enviar información falsa, recopilar datos de terceros sin autorización, ni interferir con el funcionamiento del servicio.
7.Descargos y limitación de responsabilidad
El servicio se ofrece “tal cual”. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Patagon Consulting Inc. no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del sitio o de los trabajos realizados por cualquier profesional. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá los montos que nos hayas pagado en los últimos 12 meses.
8.Indemnización
Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Patagon Consulting Inc. frente a reclamaciones derivadas de tu uso del servicio o del incumplimiento de estos Términos.
9.Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, EE. UU., sin dar efecto a normas de conflicto de leyes.
10.Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La versión vigente estará siempre disponible en esta página con su fecha de actualización.

Welcome to Citas Buenas. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of citasbuenas.com and the services offered by Patagon Consulting Inc. (“Citas Buenas”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1.Service description
Citas Buenas is an online marketplace that connects homeowners who need construction or home-improvement work with contractors and service professionals. Citas Buenas does not perform the work, is not a contractor, does not supervise or guarantee any professional’s work, and is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. By submitting information, you represent that it is truthful and that you are authorized to provide it.
3.For homeowners
- Requesting quotes through Citas Buenas is free.
- By submitting a request, you authorize one or more contractors to contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project.
- You are responsible for evaluating, hiring, and supervising any professional directly. We recommend verifying licenses, insurance, and references.
4.For contractors
- Contractors pay per lead received, based on the plan and budget they set. There are no mandatory monthly fees or lock-in contracts.
- A lead may be shared with up to four (4) professionals, except for exclusive leads.
- Citas Buenas does not guarantee that a lead will result in a job, contract, or revenue.
- You are responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, and insurance required by law, and for complying with all applicable rules when contacting consumers (including TCPA and telemarketing laws).
5.Payments and credits
Lead charges are processed according to the contractor’s plan. If a lead contains incorrect information or does not meet the defined criteria, it may be reviewed and credited under our credit policy.
6.Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, submit false information, collect third-party data without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the service.
7.Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patagon Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from work performed by any professional. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patagon Consulting Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
9.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10.Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date.
